basic plan (€399):

• fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if no documents have been submitted for review.
• after 14 days or after initial review has begun, no refund is available.

premium plan (€999):

• fully refundable within 14 days if onboarding has not started.
• once onboarding and documentation processing begins, a partial refund may be considered, minus €399 administrative fee.

non-refundable items:

• fees paid to government agencies, notaries, or third-party service providers are non-refundable.
